It is the installer’s responsibility to assess whether additional hardware is required to securely fasten the part to the vehicle.

Q: What should I do if the part arrives slightly deformed? Can I fix it with a heat gun?

Some parts (like bumper covers, fender flares, or spoilers) may arrive slightly bent or deformed due to packaging pressure or temperature during transit — this is normal for plastic or polyurethane materials.

Our products are made from shape-memory plastic, which can be returned to their original shape using a heat gun or hair dryer. Be careful not to overheat or hold the heat source too close, as this may damage the part. If you need assistance, our support team is ready to help.

Q: My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please try the following:

1. Check around your property - Carriers sometimes leave packages in safe spots like side doors, garages, porches, or behind planters.

2. Ask neighbors or household members - Packages can occasionally be delivered to the wrong door or received by someone at home.

3. Wait 24 hours - Occasionally, carriers mark packages as “Delivered” slightly early.
