Xin chúc mừng!

Trong những tháng qua, BĐH vẫn theo dõi cũng như làm việc với trường đại học cộng đồng Houston để chuẩn bị cho niên khóa 2021-2022. Sau lúc quyết định dạy qua mạng hay đến trường, BĐH sẽ thông báo đến đại gia đình qua điện thư, trang mạng của trường và Facebook.

Cám ơn quý phụ huynh đã giúp con em bảo tồn ngôn ngữ và văn hóa Việt. Thân chúc đại gia đình có một mùa hè vui đẹp. Hẹn gặp lại.

TB: Tuần qua đánh dấu 46 năm mà chúng ta phải rời quê hương và sống tại đất nước người. Mặc dầu chúng ra rất may mắn được sống tại Hoa Kỳ, xin quý phụ huynh dành vài phút để giải thích cho thế hệ trẻ ngày lịch sử này.

Dear Parents,

Today marks the last day of 2020-2021 school year. We sincerely appreciate all wonderful teachers and teacher aides for their dedication and perseverance. Despite the pandemic, our school had to adjust and adapt. Our teachers and teacher aides responded and continued the school tradition of preserving our language and culture. Hat off to all, including parents, students, and many other volunteers behind the screen and scene, making sure all classes operated smoothly. We appreciate YOU.

As part of VNHV’s commitment to encourage teacher aides to return to school to teach and to serve the community, each year, the school awards scholarship in the amount of $1,000.00 to teacher aides and teachers who are still attending school. This year, the Selection Committee selected the following teacher aides:

Lastly, we are still working with relevant parties on reopening in-person classes for 2021-2022 school year. Once the decision is finalized, whether in-person or virtual, we will communicate via email, school web page and Facebook.

Again, thank you for your continuing support. Wishing you a great summer and hope to see you and your little ones again soon.
