disclaimer im not rage baiting its my honest opinion and if you think i am you can go ahead and not say anything.

pvp toggle is being added, making a LOT of endgame activities be extremely irrelevant such as

  • renown
  • ganks
  • get backs
  • player bounties (giving x item for killing x player)
  • leaderboard progression

this is literally just breaking basically everything i listed above, you CANT start a fame/bounty journey by players your probably gonna have to do strictly pve and i doubt anyone likes doing pve for renown as rivals give the most renown and rivals can shoot up to level 260 and fighting a npc that can do 500 damage with one move is just extremely unfun. ganking would be basically impossible because people can just switch off pvp the second your anywhere near them and they can just be a toxic douchebag that has an ego the size of a fucking mountain, same goes for get backs if someone kills you and you find them and try to get back at them SWITCH you cant attack them. everything i just said can also apply to players giving x item for killing x player.

this can also fuck with the way how renown leaderboards are as when you are over 1 million fame/bounty you earn like NOTHING from npcs and your encouraged to do more pvp activites, seeing as how there are only like 12 remaining pvpers that care about renown that have a good amount finding them will BE IMPOSSIBLE considering that most of the people with a sizeable amount of renown below 300k will play all day everyday with pvp OFF.

this is also gonna KEEP AGILITY in the fucking game, whos to say people WITH pvp on cant just run to be toxic. agility should be a PVE stat specifically for shit like dark sea, while im on the topic on this when is vetex gonna add pve/pvp tags that can affect different things. for EXAMPLE having a PVP TAG will heavily nerf the agility stat so people dont RUN. if they had the pvp toggle on and RAN with 400 million agility while knowing about being able to turn it off it just makes it genuinely so unfair since you cant siphon renown off of people who play with pvp toggle on but run a tremendous amount of agility on purpose.

summary: im doomposting and i fucking hate pvp toggles
