This is our most daring cava, with which we explore the limits of cava. Grandiloquent aromas, honeyed acidity on the palate, very ripe fruit, sherry flavours, and a hypnotic, very long aftertaste. This is a collection Gran Reserva cava: orchestral, full-bodied, deep, and different. Ideal for pairing with powerful flavours, deep conversations, and moments of contemplation. This cava needs time.

It is the eclosion, the beginning of almost everything. When the conjunction becomes favorable and the optimum maturity is finally reached. Is the time to leap, take one more step! Because almost nothing happens suddenly and everything is a constant evolution. AGOSARAT [bold] those who believe when everything is still dark.
Isidre made the first bottles of Cava Guilera in 1927, when he and Maria were sharecroppers in Can Batlle. Three years later they bought the Ca l'Artigas farmhouse and became owners. A bold step, and today we know it was correct, since in 2017 we celebrated our 90th anniversary.
The Guilera AGOSARAT is a cava tribute to the great-grandparents Isidre Guilera and Maria Sardà. The result of a great harvest and even greater patience, this long-aged cava expresses our essence. Time allows what we long for to hatch [only] when it is time. Perseverance, faith and knowing how to detect it when it arrives… The moment.
